This class consists of a sequence of activities from asanas, pranayam, dhyana and relaxation with full awareness of MUDRAS, BANDHAS AND CHAKRAS. This practice will help you to improve health, increase concentration and to help filter complexes, fears and negative thoughts.

Chanting raises vibrations within us, keeps us alive, centered and peaceful. Regular chanting is believed to promote several curative effects. It reduces anxiety, elevates mood, lowers heart rate and blood pressure and may also help with depression.
Andhrika has been chanting traditional Vedic chants for the past twenty years. She believes that understanding the meaning of the Mantra is as significant as chanting itself.
This class includes Mantra Meditation, Om Pranayama, Chakra balance and Yoga Nidra with mental chanting.

Gentle Yoga is a mind-body awareness practice that is far less strenuous than other forms. This relaxed version of yoga emphasizes mental relaxation through a series of breathing instruction and slow yoga stretches and poses. We have a small class-size format that is perfect for meeting your individual needs through the use of equipment such as straps, blocks and bolsters.
