Initial Consultation, 90 minutes: You would fill out a health history questionnaire and self-evaluation of your present health condition. We would then personally discuss the questionnaire and evaluation and address any questions or concerns. Recommendations may include: cleansing techniques, dietary guidelines, Lifestyle changes, herbal formulations, breathing, yoga, and meditation.
Follow up, 90 minutes: After the initial consultation, it is recommended that clients return for one follow-up consultation. Follow-up appointments are encouraged as it allows time for the client to integrate their recommendations, return with new insights and observations, and delve deeper into creating balance. The Practitioner may adjust and add to current recommendations or address new health concerns.
